Each year, Chenies Manor House hosts an exuberant plant fair showcasing over 80 specialist growers, nurseries and local artisans from all over the country.
Chenies Manor has a long and rich history. Built in 1460 by Sir John Cheyne, the house soon became the seat of the Dukes of Bedford. During this time, it played host to many royal visitors. The house's fortunes, like its chimneys, twisting and turning, make it a fascinating place to visit, and its immaculate gardens filled with roses and dahlias are a joy to behold.
Lunch is available and tea is served in the gardens or Garden Room.
The house is not open during the plant fair.
